From the moment you arrive in the parking lot to the time you head home, our prayer is that every part of this experience points you toward Christ. This Easter, we want to share the love of God, build connections within His people, and encourage discipleship and mission for Jesus.

Q: How do I get tickets?
A: You can claim tickets through the AXS ticketing app, available through your app store or by clicking here. Although you do not need to install the app to claim your tickets, you will need to utilize the app in order to access your tickets on the day of the event. Please only secure the amount of tickets that you will be using. Reserving extra tickets that go unused will result in empty seats and a missed opportunity for others to join us in celebrating Easter.
Q: How does the seat selection process work for the event?
A: While reserving your seats, you will be asked to select a general section within the arena. This selection is for organizational purposes only and does not correspond to assigned seating. Our Easter service is general audience and our ushers will assist you in finding available seating upon arrival.
Q: Is there assigned seating for this event?
A: There is not assigned seating for this service. Although you will select a section during the registration process on the ticketing platform app, this is just for organizational purposes. The event will feature open seating, allowing you to sit anywhere you prefer within the arena.
Q: Is there a special event for children?
A: While there won’t be a separate children’s service, our Kids Zone outside the arena will be open at the plaza from 9:00 to 9:45 AM, offering a fun and safe space for kids to enjoy before the service, and it will reopen after service. Parents, we kindly ask that you stay with your little ones during this time.
Q: When do the doors open for service?
A: Doors open at 9:00 AM, so we encourage you to arrive early to allow time for parking, security checks, and finding your seats. Families can also take advantage of the Kids Zone, for a fun space for little ones before and after the service. Arriving early will help make your experience smooth and enjoyable!
Q: How do I access my tickets on the day of the event?
A. Please follow these instructions using the AXS app:
1. Download the AXS App
2. Open the app and click LOG IN or create a new account
3. Sign in using your AXS account info
4. Click the TICKETS icon on the bottom toolbar. Click "Ticket Barcode" and show mobile ticket QR code to the usher to scan at the entrance.

Q: Are bags or purses allowed inside Frontwave Arena?
A: Frontwave Arena has an "Approved Bag Policy". Purses and handbags must be made of clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and not exceed 12”x 6”x12.” Clear plastic storage bags no larger than 1 gallon size are also permitted. Small clutch bags or wallets that do not exceed 4.5”x6.5” with or without a handle or strap will be allowed.
Prohibited items include oversized bags, including backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, laptop bags and camera bags.
Online retailers, such as Amazon, sell these clear plastic bags for concert/sporting-type events at very reasonable prices.

Q: Are strollers permitted inside Frontwave Arena?
A: Strollers are not permitted inside the arena, but a convenient stroller parking area will be available upon entry. Please do not leave valuables behind in your stroller. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Q: Where is the entrance to the arena?
A: There is a general admission entrance located at the West end of the arena. Please be prepared to present the AXS app with ticket information at the door. Our incredible welcome team will be on site to help guide you in the right direction!
Q: Will there be ASL interpretation available for this service, and how can I find the correct seating section?
A: Yes, we are pleased to offer ASL interpretation at our Easter service to ensure everyone can fully participate. Upon arrival, our greeter team will be available to help direct you to the correct section.
